Vortex garage doors were developed using security as a priority. They have an end retention system on each lath for extreme resistance to impact, and prevention from being forced out of guide rails and unique high-strength extruded aluminium profiles. The guide rails feature extruded aluminium guide profiles with snap cover to protect fixing locations with the shutter curtain retained within side guides.

Vortex Garage Doors use varying lath sizes to provide a roll zone 40-50% smaller than standard roller garage doors and so is ideal where headroom is limited. This results in a much smaller space required for the top box - as little as 165mm compared to our Compact Garage Door needing 205mm.
Each installation includes a radio control panel with spiral cable and junction box, two transmitters included as standard with optional extras that include wireless keypad and smart phone control through a dedicated app.
